Jeremy Storm, DO

Dr. Jeremy Storm was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Dakota, and With Honors from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following this, Dr. Storm completed his internal medicine residency at the USD Sanford School of Medicine, and his infectious disease fellowship at the University of Iowa.

Dr. Storm has been in private practice, infectious disease and telemedicine for over 10 years and believes in building long-term relationships with patients and providers alike. In addition, Dr. Storm sits on state and national committees related to telemedicine and appropriate antibiotic prescribing.

Dr. Storm believes that patients deserve more than healthcare can currently offer, which is why he works tirelessly to ensure positive outcomes for his patients. When not working, Dr. Storm enjoys spending time with his children and family, watching movies and cooking.

Kenneth Maina, MD

Family Medicine

Dr. Kenneth Maina was born and raised in the Central Highlands of Kenya and earned his MD from the Moi University School of Medicine. Upon graduation, he did a year-long internship with an emphasis on infectious disease management and in-patient medicine. He afterward worked in rural Central Kenya prior to relocating to the US. Dr. Maina joined the University of North Dakota, Center for Family Medicine for his residency in 2017. During his training, Dr. Maina had a keen interest in Hospital Medicine and served as the Administrative Chief in his last year. Dr. Maina is looking forward to creating and nurturing long-term working relationships in Sioux Falls. He believes in the excellent care of patients being the cornerstone of any medical practice and the key to positive outcomes. In his free time, Dr. Maina can be found spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid soccer fan (GGMU!) and enjoys hiking and traveling.

Goutham Kolli, MD

I was born and raised in Southern part of India. I graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India. Upon graduation, I did a year-long internship with in-patient as well as out patient medicine. Later I worked less than a year In India prior to relocating to the US. I relocated to Sioux Falls in 2009. I graduated from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine with training in Internal Medicine.

I have been working in Sioux Falls for more than 10 years. During the past decade, I worked most of the time at Sioux Falls VA Health Care System helping the veterans. I strongly believe in the excellent care of patients. In free time, I love spending time with my wife and 2 little kids. I have fun traveling and enjoy long road trips along with the family.

Dr. Aaron Haynes

Dr. Aaron Haynes was born in Pierre, SD and graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in microbiology. He completed medical school at the University of South Dakota and he completed Internal medicine residency through Akron City Hospital in OH. Following residency, he worked in AK as a hospitalist In both Anchorage and Soldotna before moving back to SD and continuing to practice as a hospitalist. In his free time Dr Haynes enjoys spending time with his family, music, hunting and exercising.

Zack Jensen

Zachariah Jensen, DO

Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine

Dr. Zachariah Jensen grew up in Central California and went straight to the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Following graduation he worked as a transportation and logistics officer in multiple states and deployments. After full time AF duty, he went back to school and graduated from the first class of Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine (LUOCM) in Lynchburg, Virginia. In Lexington, Ky, he completed his intern year in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and was recruited back to LUCOM where he graduated as the inaugural resident in their first residency program as a specialist in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Wellness is a passion for Dr. Jensen, and he believes that there is a better way to provide care that begins with having a relationship with the patient. Outside of work he loves outdoor activities, hunting, vehicles, and fitness.

Dr. Steven Meek

Dr. Steven Meek, MD

Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Steven Meek is a board-certified Psychiatrist who grew up in Sioux Falls. He completed his psychiatric residency from University of South Dakota in 2015. He spent his education and training years seeking a diversity of mentors and educational environments. He completed his medical school clinical rotations primarily in Chicago and New York. His psychiatric expertise was shaped through supplementary work experience in multiple mental health settings throughout the Midwest.

Dr. Meek has a passion for designing specialized treatment plans tailored to analyzing and caring for the root elements of mental health. His solution-based focus and patient orientated treatment style has attained consistent results. Dr. Meek applies an array of treatment modalities supporting the biological, psychological, and social dynamics of mental health. In his free time, you will find him on the Sioux Falls bike trail, at the State Theater taking in a movie, or at the park with his family.

He practices a full spectrum adult psychiatric service, treating all mental health conditions. He has a particular interest in integrated care models, serving the mental health needs of individuals with complex medical conditions. He enjoys collaborating closely with medical providers to coordinate best care practices. He has expertise in management of the comorbid dynamics of multiple psychiatric conditions of any severity level, including refractory difficulty to treat conditions. His bedside manor has proven effective with patients who universally feel heard and supported.

His practice includes evaluation and treatment of individuals with late-life mood and cognitive disorders, behavioral difficulties, and traumatic brain injuries. He has extensive experience with meeting addiction treatment needs of patients and is suboxone certified. He engages in psychotherapy in the treatment of trauma, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. He is skilled in treatment of attention deficit disorder, sleep disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, among other mental health conditions.

Katy Wingate, DNP

Nurse Practitioner

Katy is a Nurse Practitioner with Allure Health’s hospitalist group. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in nursing and worked as an RN in the NICU. She later returned to school to earn her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. After taking time off to have children and relocate to Sioux Falls, Katy is excited to be back taking care of patients.

Rebecca Schipper, CNP

Rebecca Schipper, CNP

Rebecca Schipper grew up on a farm in Mt. Vernon, SD with four sisters. She joined the Army National Guard in 1997 and in 2003 her transportation unit was activated and served overseas to support Operation Enduring Freedom. Upon fulfillment of her enlistment, Rebecca completed the nursing program through South Dakota State University. After working as a nurse in various specialties involved in rural care for 15 years, she earned a Nurse Practitioner Degree from Mount Marty University. Rebecca and her family believe strongly in being active in and serving the local communities.


Thomas Davies, DNP

Tom Davies was born and raised in Canton, South Dakota where he currently lives with his wife and children. Tom attended Augustana University in Sioux Falls, SD where he majored in Biology and Nursing. He worked in a cardiovascular specialty hospital as a Registered Nurse while attending South Dakota State University where he obtained his doctorate of nursing practice degree. He looks forward to impacting his patient’s lives by promoting health and wellness.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, hiking, biking, hunting, exercising, and just being outdoors.

Shania Drey

Shania Drey, PA-C

Shania Drey was born and raised in Canton, South Dakota, graduating from Canton High School. She attended college at the University of Sioux Falls, where she studied Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology. She earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Bethel University in Minnesota.

Outside of work, Shania loves to spend time with her husband and dog, Rex. She also enjoys judging high school and club gymnastics, traveling, boating, snow skiing, and hanging with her family and friends.

Jenny is the Executive Director and Nursing Director for Allure Health since its founding in 2017. Jenny was born and raised in South Dakota, and graduated High School from Madison, SD. Following this, Jenny completed her Associates Degree in Nursing at the University of South Dakota and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University. Jenny has been an RN for over 14 years and has extensive background in Infectious Disease, Telehealth, Women’s Health, Labor and Delivery, Plastic Surgery and Nursing leadership and Management. Jenny is passionate about patient advocacy, including providing reliable, smart, efficient, and high quality care – always.

When not working, Jenny enjoys spending time with her daughter, working out, cooking, studying wine, and is pursuing her CSW credentials in wine training and education.

Cheryl was born and raised in Hartington, NE. She graduated from Mount Marty College in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Before coming to Allure Health, Chery worked at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital and Yankton Medical Clinic-ENT in Yankton, SD. When Cheryl is not working, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.

Robin was born and raised in Hull, Iowa. She graduated from Dordt College in 2019 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Since then, Robin has worked at various places as a Registered Nurse, which has included a clinic, the hospital, as well as in corrections. When she’s not working, you can likely find her outside spending time with her son, Grayson, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

When Samantha is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two dogs, cooking, being outdoors and decorating for holidays, especially Christmas.

Rylee is from Lennox, SD and is currently studying at the University of South Dakota for nursing. Rylee has some medical experience including working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a long term care facility and in the emergency department. She enjoys working with patients to provide the best care possible and is extremely passionate about helping people. Rylee enjoys working in the medical field and learning everything she can in the process. She is excited to grow in her education as she goes through nursing school with the ultimate goal to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. In her free time she loves to watch Grey’s Anatomy and hang out with friends and family.

Loretta is the Front of House Representative for Allure Health. Loretta has over 15 years customer service and medical office experience, with an Associates Degree in Medical Office/Applied Science.

Loretta’s belief is that the needs of the patient come first, and she strives to make a positive experience for the patient.

When Loretta is not at work, she can be found outside doing anything from gardening, walking dogs or just spending time with her children.

Chelsea has worked in the medical field for the past 8 years, and is passionate about the field and the people she has the opportunity to work with. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, being outdoors, music, traveling, and crafting!

Allison was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, graduating from Washington High School and pursued Southeast Tech in Applied Science. Receiving an Associates Degree in Healthcare Management and Phlebotomy. Allison has worked in the medical field for eight years. From long term care facilities to a plasma donation center. Allison enjoys providing customer service and care for patients. Making a difference in someones’ day. When Allison is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiance, traveling, cooking and mixed martial arts.

Marilyn is a Certified Professional Coder for Allure Health. She received her medical coding degree at Southeast Technical Institute and her Certified Professional Coder certification through AAPC. Marilyn was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but grew up in her parents’ home state of Vermont. She has been living in Sioux Falls for the past 10 years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going for long walks, and spending time with her husband, son, and frisky Brittany spaniel.

Falyn is a Billing and Coding Representative for Allure Health. She has 12 years of experience in the medical office setting in various roles, including combination of medical billing, coding and administrative. She received her Associates of Applied Science degrees of Allied Health and Medical Coding from Southeast Technical Institute in 2015. She was born and raised in Ethan, SD.

When not working she can be found at the gun range indoor/outdoor. During the nice weather of SD seasons you can find her and her husband out riding their pit bikes all over Sioux Falls for wind therapy. When at home, you’ll find her spending time with her husband and Dachshund (Louie Wallace), whether watching their favorite shows, cooking, or outdoors.

Jen is a Billing and Coding Representative for Allure Health. She has 12 years in an office setting providing exceptional customer service, including 3 1/2 years in medical billing as a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist, through AAHAM. Currently pursuing her Certified Professional Coder Certification through AAPC.

She was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD. When not working she can be found outdoors in the sun. Kayaking, camping and traveling the states with her fiancé and two boys. You can also find her at various courts, fields or clubs cheering on her boys in whichever sport they are in that season. When at home, you’ll find her spending time with her pets. Taking both her dog and cat on walks in the park.

Emma Tschetter

Emma was a billing and coding account representative for Allure Health. She was in the medical and accounting field over 20 years. Emma was born and raised in South Dakota on a farm near Platte. Emma loved to hang out with her family, travel and be involved with Nascar. Emma was a beautiful person, and will be missed by the Allure Health team and its patients.

Our providers have hospital privileges at most of the major healthcare facilities in Sioux Falls and the upper Midwest, with most major health insurance plans accepted.
