Get Back to Feeling Your Best

Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) is a treatment for adults and children that can be used to return function, reduce pain, and compliment medical treatments using the musculoskeletal system. OMM can be used to help infants, athletes, and adults across the entire spectrum. Treatment is focused on dysfunctional joints, nerves, connective tissue, and blood/lymph vessels. The goal of therapy is to return natural motion and allow the body to heal. Multiple methods can be used to treat dysfunctions from gentle soft tissue work to more direct treatments depending on patient preference and response to treatment. OMM works in concert with other medical specialties and can help palliate pain until surgery is needed, or help with post-surgical pain. Medicines, physical therapy, and lifestyle modification are often part of the treatment plan.

Headaches, back pain, fibromyalgia, sore muscles, and joint issues are common physical ailments for many people. Instead of having to bear these pains daily, you can receive help from Dr. Jensen–an Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Specialist who will provide you with a wide variety of non-surgical options.

Dr. Jensen will be happy to meet with you, learn more about your problems, and work on a customized plan to help you move and feel better.
