Which insurance plans does Allure Health accept?
We accept most major insurance plans. Currently, we are registered with 187 payers.
Do I need to make payment at time of my visit?
If your insurance requires a co-pay, you will be expected to pay when you arrive for your appointment. We will bill insurance for all other services rendered.
What is the process of Billing and Payments?
When you see our providers or receive any services from us, we will collect your insurance information and contact information. We then bill your insurance for the covered service. Your only upfront payment to us is your individual insurance’s required copay due at time of service. Any additional amount owed will be invoiced to you about 30 days after services.
Are payment plans available if needed?
Yes! But most if not all of our services are covered by insurance, so its very important that you provide us with current and updated information to keep that process smooth and keep you from getting an inaccurate bill from us!
How do I talk to a billing specialist if I have questions or concerns?
We have 9 specialtists who are able to help you Monday thru Friday 8-5. You can call 605-271-5441 and select option 4 for our billing and coding department.

We are able to admit, round and discharge you at these facilities, whether it is via telemedicine or in person.
Yes! We can continue any care when unexpected or planned surgeries are done for you or your family. Both inpatient and outpatient.
