Billing and Insurance Questions

Which insurance plans does Allure Health accept?

We accept all major insurance plans (Medicare, Wellmark BCBS, Aetna, Dakotacare, Avera, Sanford, and others). Please contact us to discuss your insurance plan.

Do I need to make payment at time of my visit?

If your insurance requires a co-pay, you will be expected to pay when you arrive for your appointment. We will bill insurance for all other services rendered.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, we offer payment plans through our billing and coding department. Their extension information will be on your medical bill.

You can inform us of your desire for a payment plan at the time of your visit and we will have someone assist you!

Can I download patient forms in advance?

Yes, you can download and fill out the forms prior to your first appointment with Allure Health. Please bring it with you for your first visit.

How do I cancel an appointment?

You can cancel an appointment by calling 605-271-5441, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Provider Information

How can I make a referral?

Referrals can be made by calling our office at 605-271-5441 or faxing referral information to 605-271-5277. Allure Health will see new referrals same week.
You can also fill out our Request Appointment form with your provider referral information.

How do Telehealth visits work?
